FINANCIAL INVESTMENT MANAGER
English/ Mandarin speaking
Remote working/ Vancouver/ Hong Kong

A unique opportunity for a Financial Investment Manager to join a real estate development group which has a strong and growing presence in Vancouver B.C with a strong international financial backing.

Over a million square feet of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects under development and other projects underway in Vancouver, B.C, this Investment Manager will manage not only the growing portfolio here in North America but also in Hong Kong and other Asian markets.

As a Financial Investment Manager, you will be reporting into the Owner in Beijing and working closely with the CFO in Vancouver, B.C. You will be responsible for initiating and growing the Client’s portfolio of assets by sourcing, developing negotiating, closing, and exiting Financial Investment opportunities.

Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Utilizing your relationships and knowledge with investment bankers and brokerage firms to secure highly sought-after investments.
Manage the Clients portfolio of high-end company stock in North America and Hong Kong markets.
Collect and analyze financial investment information about companies, stock bonds and other investments using economic forecasts, daily stock, and bond reports
Prepare research into pre-IPO companies, free market trading and publicly traded companies
Research trends and patterns of the markets
·Liaise and negotiate with fund directors and managers, lawyers and auditors
For a successful application, you must have:
BSc in Finance, Commerce or Finance and CPA/ CFA qualified. Extensive experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking Corporate finance. Financial modeling with strong financial acumen with experience of seeking pre-IPO or strong IPO companies.
· Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
**This position can be worked remotely or in the office in Vancouver, B.C with travel to Hong Kong.
