Job Description

Drive forklift safely at all times,

Complete the shift-start check sheets,

Production stamping environment experience required,

Prioritize tasks to support Production, with;

- strategic exchange of production bins and scrap bins to minimize/eliminate Downtime,

- supply of WIP bins (ensuring FIFO) and empty bins to work centres,

- transport FG bins to shipping area and safely stack as necessary,

- wrap product with auto-wrapping machine when necessary,

- Weigh and dispose scrap in appropriate waste stream (eg.: CRS, Galv., Alum., SS, etc.)

- Ability to load/unload Dies from Punch Presses a definite asset,

- scan bins of product into data base,

- use manual pallet trucks when necessary,

Basic computer knowledge

Participate in annual physical inventory,

Follow IATF16949 standards,

Other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
