Forklift Driver / General Plant Support

Overview
Tycho Poly Inc., a leading manufacturer in the blown film and packaging industry, is seeking an
extremely reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on team member
to join our production operations. This position isbased at our Concord facility
and may occasionally require travel to ourheadquarters in Woodbridge
-- therefore, areliable vehicle
is required.The ideal candidate will hold a
valid forklift license
and be willing to take on aflexible, long-term role
that includesmaterial handling, assisting with machine operations, completing paperwork
, and performingother miscellaneous plant duties
as assigned by the Plant Manager.Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and related equipment to
safely load, unload, and move materials
throughout the plant.Assist with machine operations
as needed, including setup, monitoring, and general production support.Accurately complete paperwork and documentation
, including production logs, material tracking sheets, and checklists. Support thePlant Manager
with various operational and administrative tasks. Handleshipping and receiving
duties, verifying quantities and inspecting materials for accuracy and quality. Maintain aclean, organized, and safe
work environment. Performother miscellaneous plant duties
as required to support day-to-day operations. Conduct routine equipment safety checks and report maintenance issues promptly.Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
in amanufacturing or warehouse environment
(required).Valid forklift license (required).
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork. Must behighly reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.
Mechanically inclined and willing to assist with various plant operations. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
