As a Foreman , you will be the key driver behind our landscape construction projects. You will oversee skilled laborers, ensure job site safety, and guarantee that all work is completed on time and to our high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring experience in landscaping, construction, and project management.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage onsite construction crews, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute landscape projects accurately.
• Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment such as skid steers and excavators.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members, ensuring high-performance standards.
• Manage material deliveries, scheduling, and workflow to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to uphold company quality standards and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Manitoba workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of experience in construction landscaping, hardscaping, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, including grading, drainage, and stonework.
• Experience with skid steers, mini-excavators, and other construction equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
