Landscape Maintenance Crew Members

for remainder of the 2025 season.

Responsibilities

Safe starting, operation, maintenance, and transport of various landscaping equipment (incl, lawn mower, line trimmer, backpack leaf blower, hedge trimmer, chainsaws, and more) Complete the following jobs as needed with best practices, in a timely manner: turf maintenance (lawn mowing, trimming and blowing), plant trimming, hedge trimming and selective pruning, weeding, garden cultivation, sodding, annual and bulb planting, spring and fall property clean-ups, soil work, over-seeding, and more. Promote safety, wear appropriate personal protective equipment and demonstrate hazard awareness at all times. Complete required paperwork and report materials used. Must help to maintain and clean vehicles and equipment throughout the season. Be prepared to start work on time and to work extended hours as necessary, including some Saturdays in the spring and fall. Travel to meeting area will be required each morning Possibility of winter work with Snow Removal Services

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Landscape Maintenance Experience required Valid G driver's license required Landscaping and Horticultural knowledge required Experience using machinery, power tools, and construction equipment required The position is physically demanding, including extensive bending/twisting/lifting. Must be able to lift minimum 50 lbs consistently Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be reliable and punctual. References will be requested and checked. Must be 16 years of age or older. Bonus: Comfortable driving trucks with trailer attachments.
Landscape Maintenance & Construction: April to November

Snow Removal Services: December to March

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:

Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Class G Licence (required)
