Landscape Foreman

Park Landscaping is a leading landscaping company known for quality craftsmanship, a dedicated team, and strong relationships with clients. We provide Landscape Construction, maintenance, and snow removal services to residential, commercial, and home builders in Greater Edmonton and the Calgary area.


We are seeking permanent full-time Landscape Foremen/Women to join our team!

Job Duties

As a Foreman/Woman with our team, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew of landscaping labourers and operators Read and interpret landscape plans and project specifications Coordinate daily tasks, assign duties, and ensure timelines are met Operate machinery and tools (e.g., skid steer, mini-excavator, power tools, truck with trailer) Monitor work quality and ensure safety protocols are followed Communicate clearly with project managers and clients as needed Train new crew members and provide ongoing mentorship Maintain equipment and materials on-site

Qualifications:

Minimum

3 years of landscaping experience

, including crew leadership Strong knowledge of softscape and hardscape installation Ability to read landscape drawings and measurements Comfortable operating landscape equipment and tools, including skidsteer. Valid

driver's license

(Class 5; Class 3 or trailer endorsement is an asset) Comfortable towing equipment with a truck and trailer Strong communication and organizational skills Physically fit and capable of working in all weather conditions
