Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Food Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant setting, delivering high-quality service in both casual and fine dining atmospheres.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Sqaure or toast Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash and process payments accurately through POS or cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations Uphold guest relations by providing attentive, courteous service and fostering a welcoming environment

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, including roles such as host/host, bartender, or server in a restaurant or nightclub setting Familiarity with POS systems Experience with take out service or fast pace enviroment Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
