Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that our customers receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Duties

Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and processing of payments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests are attended to promptly during busy service periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling safety standards is advantageous. Using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with guests positively. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
