We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and address any issues that arise.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and waiting areas.
Support bartending operations as necessary during peak hours.
Experience
Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices.
Experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus; experience as a cook or in bartending is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
