We're looking for a

Front of House Manager

who's passionate about service, confident leading a team, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to own the floor, lead a strong service team and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Lead FOH operations and ensure smooth, consistent service during all shifts Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing service team Foster a positive, accountable culture with a strong focus on guest experience Monitor and manage labour and scheduling to meet targets Work closely with the Sr Management to align service and operations Oversee floor flow, guest satisfaction, and conflict resolution in real time Ensure opening, closing, and service standards are consistently met Weekly FOH inventory control, ordering, and cost oversight Maintain Food Safety requirements

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years of FOH leadership experience in upscale casual or premium dining Strong understanding of labour management, scheduling, and cost control Confident leadership with excellent communication skills Solid working knowledge of tools like Toast, OpenTable, Push, Tripleseat and/or similar systems Calm under pressure, highly organized, and detail-oriented Team-first mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality Food Safety certificate and knowledge
