Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a thorough understanding of restaurant management practices.

Responsibilities



Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, serving techniques, and customer service standards. Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records using POS systems. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area in accordance with health standards.

Qualifications



Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning. Experience with POS systems is preferred. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Previous experience in barista roles or hotel environments is a plus. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Pay: $18.60-$35.00 per hour
