Duties
Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
Lead, train, and manage the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage cash handling procedures, including processing transactions through the POS system (lightspeed)
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
Skills
Proven experience in food service, with a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, along with barista experience as a plus.
