Position Summary



As the FOH Manager at MR MIKES, you'll be responsible for delivering a legendary guest experience by leading and supporting the front-of-house team. You'll ensure consistent service execution, maintain hospitality standards, and foster a culture of fun, teamwork, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership & Development



Recruit, train, coach, and develop FOH team members (servers, hosts, bartenders, etc.) Lead by example through hands-on floor presence and proactive service support Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure team readiness for peak periods Provide regular feedback and support performance management when needed

Guest Experience



Champion exceptional service standards and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and urgency Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and continuously improve the experience

Operational Excellence



Support scheduling to align with labor targets while meeting guest traffic demands Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in all FOH areas Oversee opening and closing duties, cash-outs, and end-of-day procedures Enforce liquor service compliance and uphold health & safety regulations

Sales & Community Engagement



Help drive sales by supporting promotional activities and brand events Encourage upselling and menu knowledge among staff Build relationships with regulars and local businesses to grow brand loyalty
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
