Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare floral orders Work closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Marketing to maximize store operations Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge Manage inventory control Ensure a high standard of store maintenance Recruit candidates for various store positions Train, develop, motivate, and manage employees Schedule staff effectively while controlling payroll budgets Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times

Must be bilingual in French and English

$45,000 per year

Schedule:

Day shift; daytime availability required

Store Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 3 PM Sunday: Closed

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay

Education & Experience

Secondary School Diploma (preferred) 1 year of retail management experience (preferred)
