full training will be provided in all aspects of the business.

If you're offered and accept the position of Flower Store Manager, please know that the role does include some evenings and weekends, as well as longer hours during our three busiest holidays: Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.

Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare floral orders;

Work in partnership with Customer Service and Purchasing Department, and Marketing to maximize store operation;

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge;

Maintain inventory control; Must be bilingual French/English; Ensure a high level of store maintenance; Recruiting candidates for various positions within the store; Orienting, training, developing, motivating and managing employees; Controlling payroll budget and scheduling staff efficiently; Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

Basic computer knowledge
Store hours: Monday- Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 9AM-5PM, Sunday closed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 per year
