While experience working with flowers is an asset, for the right candidate full training will be provided in all aspects of the business. That's not always easy, but that's what we expect from one another. If you are offered and accept a position as Flower Store Manager, you must be willing to work some evenings and weekends and extended hours during the 3 major flower industry holidays: Christmas, Valentines Day and Mother's Day.

Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare floral orders;

Work in partnership with Customer Service and Purchasing Department, and Marketing to maximize store operation;

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge;

Maintain inventory control; Ensure a high level of store maintenance; Recruiting candidates for various positions within the store; Orienting, training, developing, motivating and managing employees; Controlling payroll budget and scheduling staff efficiently; Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

Store hours: Monday- Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 9AM-4PM, Sunday closed
