  • You have a degree in logistics, distribution, supply chain management or similar field. If not, 2 or more years of experience in a supply chain management works too!
  • You are very analytical, and results driven.

Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us

Key responsibilities (text) . Ensure all article and range administration data is current and accurate.
  • Communicate with external partners (DSRV, Goods-flow & others) to ensure we are prepared for various range & capacity projects and changes.
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization regarding issues related to Article administration, Capacity and Mapping.
  • Contribute in the maintaining and development of the DC logistical strategy & Location Mapping together with Operations, Operations Support Management and the Systems team.
  • Analyze and adapt to the inbound and outbound development/flow throughout the year. React accordingly to range change or line up demands with the proper location mapping and capacity allocation.
  • Act as early warning system, identify possible risks and initiate corrective actions related to capacity constraints.
  • Maintain and improve the working methods and tools for managing Article/Range administration, mapping, and capacity related functions.
  • Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers.
  • Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned
