Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our Game Planning Team! As a Game Planner, you will oversee the development of all technical printing and manufacturing aspects of the Lottery's games—from initial design concept through to the finished product. In addition, this role ensures that all designs, specifications, layouts and communications are consistent from department to department as the ticket moves through the various stages of the production process and that quality is maintained throughout.
What You'll Do

  • Review incoming ticket designs and ensure visual design is compatible with manufacturing criteria and the production plan meets security requirements.
  • Analyze game requirements ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective production methods are considered to produce tickets.
  • Effectively facilitate the flow of games and art between all internal groups and in some cases customers, ensuring all information is communicated accurately.
  • Ensure accurate post-printing specifications are entered into online specification system.
  • Communicate issues regarding production from Manufacturing to Marketing and work with all parties to come to a resolution.
  • Ensure production schedule timelines are met in accordance to PBL print quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Create various forms of documentation to produce tickets such as customer design templates and production layouts.

What You'll Need:
  • Post-Secondary education; Graphic and Print Technician would be preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within the print/pre-press industry.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat with a minimum of 35 WPM typing speed.
  • Ability to assimilate creative and technical information and translate into accurate print specifications.
  • Proven ability to facilitate, oversee and troubleshoot print production processes and systems.
