Our mission at Metaverse Mind Lab (MVML) is to contribute to the effort of building this new world in a way that enhances human flourishing. There is a lot of hype and speculation around the Metaverse. To stay grounded, we focus on a few core economic properties of the Metaverse that will not disappear as the fashion changes, but will persist over time.
MVML is well-funded and continues to add top talent to our team: Machine Learning Engineers, Full-Stack Engineers, Virtual Reality Engineers, Virtual Reality Artists, and more.
The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to take your game development experience and enhance those skills in new ways. You will work with a skilled team to build real-time rendered 3D virtual worlds that can be experienced synchronously and persistently by an effectively unlimited number of users with an individual sense of presence and with continuity of data, who can exert property rights over virtual items.

Our new Senior VR Developers will:
Build. Build. Build . You will design, analyze, and optimize VR algorithms to drive applications from development to deployment while writing clean, well-documented, readable code. You will translate business requirements to technical requirements prototyping and debugging new interactions and features with a passion for user experience.
Our new Senior VR Developers have:
Experience. You bring 5+years of hands-on experience in the development and shipping of virtual reality software or high-quality video games.
Education or Know-How. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer vision, mathematics or related field or graduation from an accredited game development program.
Technical Expertise. Must have C#, C++ or C, and a solid understanding of 3D Math with deep knowledge of rendering concepts. Experience developing & deploying applications in Unity, Unreal, or any other professional video game engine. =
