MVML is well-funded and continues to add top talent to our team: Machine Learning Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, Virtual Reality Developers, Virtual Reality Artists, and more.

The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to take your Software Development experience and enhance those skills in new ways. You will be part of a cross-functional team that focuses on building real-time rendered 3D virtual worlds that can be experienced synchronously and persistently by an effectively unlimited number of users with an individual sense of presence and with continuity of data. You will work with a skilled team of Machine Learning engineers and Virtual Reality developers to design, develop, and deploy best-in-class software solutions.

Our new Software Developers will:

• 
  
• Build. Build. Build. Design database schemas and APIs. Collaborate and work closely with multiple teams to better understand the end-user requirements. Configure the backend usability of all front-side applications.
• Take it to Production. Work with the broader engineering team to productionalize and deploy VR applications and AI models. Design, implement and deploy various user interfaces and dashboards.

Our new Software Developers will have:

• 
  
• 4+ years of experience in a professional software development role
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, databases, and object-relational mapping (ORM) framework
• Experience with Java, Javascript, Python, PHP, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with application development and deployment
• Experience with relational databases and writing and optimizing queries
• Experience with filesystems, server architectures, and distributed systems
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to take and deliver constructive feedback.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment

Advantages if you have:
