Working closely with the co-founder-CTO, Chief Architect, and our top-notch Research Scientists, you\'ll have a key role in driving our innovation strategy. Your Role:

• Help drive ChargeLab\'s innovation strategy
• Develop, deploy, and evaluate software products for experimental and innovative concepts
• Proficient in Python, Java, React, and other languages/platforms
• Document software architecture and development processes in line with best practices

Ideal Candidate:

• Highly autonomous, capable of end-to-end solution delivery
• Excellent communicator, effective in ambiguous situations, with strong attention to detail
• Open to expressing and adapting opinions
• Interested in theoretical work and research

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related fields
• 10-15 years in backend development (Python, Java)
• 3-5 years in front-end/full-stack development
• 2-5 years in DevOps (AWS/cloud infrastructure)
• Reside in the GTA area, available for on-site work at our Etobicoke office
