Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic

Floral Sales Admin Contractor to join our dynamic team for 10 DAYS

- Up until Mothers Day. Shifts are expect to range anywhere from 8-12 hours. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our floral business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for flowers, and the ability to thrive in a extremely fast-paced environment. If you have experience in sales, cashiering, or e-commerce, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for someone that can start ASAP - ideally May 3.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and inquiries. Process transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures. Creating invoices, sales orders, processing payments. Communicate effectively with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to ensure satisfaction and build relationships. Assist in managing e-commerce orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery of floral products. Support sales efforts by promoting floral arrangements and related products to customers. Maintain an organized workspace and assist with inventory management as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the shop. Manage deliveries on daily basis.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or floral environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers. Sales experience is a plus; ability to sell products and promote services confidently. Ability to handle multiple phone lines. Respond to emails in timely and professional manner. Weekends availability a must. A passion for flowers and an understanding of floral arrangements is preferred but not required.

Able to handle pressure and work efficiently and multitask in high volume retail store
