About the opportunity:

At HSG, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Inside Sales/ Admin Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that add value. This position is ideal for someone who is results-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing company.

Responsibilities:

Provide quotes and information to potential and existing customer base Create a personal sales funnel for ongoing and future development Meet with and develop long term relationships with customers Assist customers with inquiries Follow up on leads and referrals Collaborate with internal team to deliver quality products and services Schedule appointments in accordance with customers availability Undertake sales training when offered or provided for personal growth Ensure inventory levels are maintained and equate to the amount of projected sales Work collaboratively with all teammates and management Provide feedback on potential growth channels/avenues Work with senior leadership team with regards to financials, pricing, materials, etc.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills Interpersonal skills Class 5 driver's license Clean Driver's Abstract and Criminal Clearance Energetic and self-motivated Client focused Time management Critical thinking Active listening Reliable and punctual
