Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person. Assist clients with product selection, offering expert knowledge on flooring options. Organize orders, handle paperwork, and manage administrative tasks with precision. Support a collaborative environment by helping the team across different tasks.
What We're Looking For

Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer sales and service. Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities. At least 1 year of customer interaction experience sales or sales support. Previous experience in flooring is a plus, but not required--we'll train the right person! Must have access to a reliable vehicle and be able to commute to Burlington. Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details

Job Type:

Full-time up to 35 hrs per week Part-time up to 28 hrs per week

Hourly Pay:

$22 - $27 per hour (depending on experience)

Location:

In-person, at our Burlington location (L7T 4H7)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, including 2 out of 4 Saturday shifts
