Chow Tai Fook (Eaton Centre)is looking for a Full Time Sales & Admin Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
Support in customer engagment and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure merchandise display and stock replenishment are properly maintained.
Handle basic sales transactions and support sales documentation when necessary.
Assist sales team in serving customers, promoting products, and achieving sales goals during peak seasons and daily operations.
Administratives Duties
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
Prepare daily sales reports, attendance records, and other operational documents as required.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts, handling store supplies, and maintaining office inventroy.
Support the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
Passion in Jewelry industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Mandarin and English speaking are preferred* Willing to work on weekends and ublic holidays during peak seasons
We are looking for a motivated
Sales & Admin Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires a high level of multitasking ability, as you will be expected to assist and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
