Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Part-Time, Full-Time reliable and motivated Floral Assistant to join our growing Clippings team!

As an Assistant, you will support various designers and perform a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our floral and decorating department.

What you'll be doing:

Contacting potential clients for their floral and decor needs Prepare and present proposals, quotes and contracts to clients as well as closing business Managing social media accounts Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, floral supplies and rentals Stay up to date on current floral trends and service standards

What you'll bring to the Team:

Proficient computer skills Familiar with managing social media accounts Previous experience with working in a floral environment an asset Knowledge of flowers an asset Previous work in wedding and social events Ability to work well in a team environment Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Sales skills to promote products or services to potential customers
