Job Description

Hi there! Are you passionate about flowers and providing exceptional customer service? If so, we have a great opportunity for you here at Flower Trends Florists. We are seeking a Floral Assistant to join our team.

Key responsibilities ..

Providing information and guidance on our wide range of floral products and arrangements to customers



Take customers orders in person and over the phone in a professional manner



Assist with weekly floral shipments and cooler maintenance



Maintain a clean and organized store environment



Assist with floral arrangement preparations and packaging



Qualifications ..

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills



Strong communication and problem-solving abilities



Ability to work in a fast paced environment



Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus



Ability to work during peak seasonal periods, including weekends and holidays



Passion for flowers and basic understanding of floral products is a plus



Ability to lift up to 30lb

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 32 per week
