Floral Assistant

Schedule:

Weekdays with some weekend shifts

Experience:

Floral or retail experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning buckets, tools, and work areas Trimming, cleaning and preparing flowers and greenery Assisting with organizing orders and coordinating deliveries Assisting with floral arrangements and displays Providing warm and professional customer service Taking customer orders in-store, online, and over the phone Operating the POS system accurately Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized store Contributing to a positive and supportive environment for customers and coworkers

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about flowers, creativity, and design Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to work well both independently and as part of a team Maintains a positive, respectful, and harmonious attitude in the workplace Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

$16.50 per hour
