Flooring Installers

experienced subcontractors

who can hit the ground running.

Whether you specialize in hardwood, vinyl, epoxy coatings, or tile work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Install a wide range of flooring materials including

hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet

, and specialty finishes. Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials with precision according to layout plans or customer specifications. Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, leveling surfaces, and completing minor repairs. Lay out patterns and designs based on blueprints or project instructions. Install underlayment, moisture barriers, and transition pieces as required. Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and secure flooring materials. Apply adhesives, caulking, and finishing products for a polished final result. Conduct quality checks to ensure strong adhesion, clean finish, and adherence to project standards. Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication on job sites. Travel to various job locations within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in flooring installation or concrete surface preparation. Expertise with hand tools, power tools, grinders, mixers, trowels, rollers, and related equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Knowledge of hardwood, tile installation, and carpentry techniques is an asset. Previous experience applying epoxy or resinous coatings is a strong advantage. Ability to work physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently. Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
