We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Flight Instructor to join our aviation training team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for teaching aspiring pilots. Fluency in multiple languages including French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, and English is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse student populations. Duties



Conduct flight training sessions for students, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and instructional standards Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's skill level and learning objectives Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements Supervise ground school activities, including classroom instruction and simulator sessions Demonstrate exceptional customer service by addressing student inquiries and fostering a positive learning environment Collaborate with team members to improve training methods and curriculum content Utilize GIS tools for flight planning, navigation exercises, and safety analysis when applicable Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, safety consciousness, and leadership qualities

Qualifications



Valid flight instructor certification with relevant licensing authorities Mechanical knowledge related to aircraft systems and maintenance procedures is preferred Multilingual abilities including fluency in French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, or English are highly advantageous Proven experience in supervising or leading teams within an aviation or related setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on student engagement and support Proficiency in math for navigation calculations and flight planning purposes Leadership qualities demonstrated through previous supervisory roles or mentoring experience Familiarity with GIS applications relevant to aviation operations is a plus

Pay: $50,263.47-$102,391.56 per year
