We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Flight Instructor to join our aviation training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive flight training to students, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive learning environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for aviation education. The Flight Instructor will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of pilots while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Duties

Deliver flight training sessions tailored to individual student needs, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes Demonstrate and explain aircraft systems, navigation procedures, and emergency protocols Maintain detailed records of training activities, flight hours, and student performance Ensure all training activities comply with safety regulations and operational procedures Supervise ground school classes and coordinate with other instructors to ensure cohesive training programs Utilize GIS tools for flight planning and navigation exercises when applicable Foster a positive learning environment through excellent customer service skills and cultural sensitivity Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, organizational skills, and leadership qualities during all training operations

Experience

Previous experience as a Flight Instructor or in a similar aviation training role is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to aircraft systems is advantageous Proven leadership or supervising experience in an educational or aviation setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple students and training schedules effectively Customer service experience demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse populations Knowledge of math relevant to aviation operations and navigation principles is beneficial
