Duties
Conduct in-flight training sessions for student pilots, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and aviation regulatory standards. Develop customized lesson plans and training programs tailored to individual student needs, learning pace, and progress. Evaluate student performance through both ground school and flight sessions; provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement. Assist students with pre-flight preparations, including aircraft checks (weight & balance, fuel loads, systems), navigation planning, and weather briefings.
Qualifications
Valid pilot certification with appropriate flight instructor ratings. Proven experience in flight instruction or aviation training roles' Mechanical knowledge related to aircraft systems and maintenance procedures . Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse learners . Excellent organizational skills for record keeping and lesson planning Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining safety standards
Salary- As per experience.
