Fixed Operations Manager

to lead our Service and Parts departments. This role is key to the overall success and profitability of our dealership by driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development -- all while upholding the company's core values.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the daily operations of the

Service

and

Parts

departments. Maximize departmental profitability through effective planning, staffing, and execution. Monitor and drive performance against KPIs including gross profit, labor efficiency, hours per RO, and customer satisfaction scores. Maintain and elevate customer service standards; handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members aligned with our company values. Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, warranty policies, and dealership procedures. Oversee inventory management for parts to ensure optimal availability and minimize waste. Develop marketing strategies and service programs to drive retention and increase service traffic. Collaborate with Sales and Finance departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in dealership setting with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or certifications preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team development capabilities Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Financial and operational acumen; able to interpret and act on performance data Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) Knowledge of OEM standards, warranty processes, and service best practices

Compensation & Benefits:

Work Environment:



This role operates within both administrative and shop floor settings. Occasional evenings or Saturdays may be required based on business needs.
