We are currently hiring a full-time

Fixed Operations Manager

in Truro, Nova Scotia. To be successful in this role, you should be a confident leader who values collaboration, communication, and operational excellence. You'll oversee the Service and Parts Departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience across all after-sales operations.

What we expect from you:

Special effort to demonstrate our shared values (see below). Provide leadership and direction to the Service and Parts Departments to achieve financial and operational goals. Monitor department performance through key metrics (e.g., productivity, efficiency, gross profit, customer satisfaction). Collaborate with department leaders to develop strategies for continuous improvement and customer retention. Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies, warranty procedures, and dealership standards. Support and coach Service and Parts Managers in staffing, training, and development. Oversee departmental budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and the dealership leadership team. Maintain a high standard of professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork in all interactions.

We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables:

Reliable transportation to and from work. Valid driver's license. Minimum 3 years of experience in a dealership Service or Parts leadership role. Strong understanding of fixed operations processes and key performance indicators. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
