What's the role all about?

Fixed Operations Manager

, you'll oversee the daily operations of our

service, parts, and shop

departments--ensuring smooth workflows, top-tier customer service, and a well-oiled team. You'll drive revenue growth, control expenses, and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with other departments to enhance our service offerings.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead & Mentor:

Maintain dealership standards and assist with diagnostics when needed.

Monitor staff efficiency and keep the momentum going.

What You Bring to the Table:

3-5 years of automotive experience

(preferably in Fixed Operations).

Strong leadership and team-building skills

to inspire and drive success.

with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience.

Excellent problem-solving abilities

to navigate challenges efficiently.

Adaptability

to manage a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.

Financial & Analytical Skills
