We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. Duties



Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize workflow and resource utilization. Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment of business objectives. Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products or services. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Identify opportunities for process improvements using data analysis and industry best practices. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

Skills



Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software applications such as ERP systems, MS Office Suite, or other industry-specific tools. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Leadership qualities including motivation, adaptability, and strategic thinking. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of supply chain logistics, process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma), and experience in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
