Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional that\'s passionate about social media? Do you want to work with a dedicated team of designers, content experts, and account managers to implement a social media strategy for our Bank?

We\'re looking for you to join our team as a Social Media Manager in Toronto, ON!
As the Manager, you\'ll be contributing to the strategic and creative crafting of content for our Social & Content team. Using your skills, you\'ll be ensuring that specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are implemented in support of your team\'s business strategies and objectives.
More of what you\'ll be doing includes:

  • Defining relevant social media KPIs and measure ongoing progress
  • Managing and overseeing social media content development, including ideation, creation, and publishing of social-first content
  • Working with multi-media designers and copywriters to ensure content is informative, engaging, and entertaining
  • Having a strong understanding of social paid media to ensure content is timely, engaging and targeted to relevant audience
  • Staying up to date with latest social media best practices, partners, tools, and technology
  • Developing strong relationships with relevant influencers across Canadian markets to activate campaigns and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Marketing, Design, Public Relations, or a relevant field
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Experience as a Social Media strategist in an agency or business
  • Deep understanding of social media metrics and best practices
  • Advanced platform knowledge of applications such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Able to lead and engage a team
