We are seeking a skilled Production Finishing Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various carpentry techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes, mainly baseboards, trim and doors. This role involves working on residential projects of approximately 50 units in a year. The Finishing Carpenter will supervise 1 to 2 apprentice carpenters. This role offers an opportunity for advancement to a Project Manager role.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years working on a production crew - completing installs for new entry-level residential builds (not looking for a handyman, or a high-end finisher)
Must have own tools - minimum tool belt and basic finishing hand tools
Must have own vehicle - pick up truck is preferred
