Fine Finishing Carpenter

Muchalat Projects is seeking a

Fine Finishing Carpenter

to join our Finishing Team. Here at Muchalat we specialize in Residential Single-Family and Multi-Unit Modular Construction. Minimum 4 years finishing experience.

Job Type:

Full Time

Responsibilities:

Complete Fine Finishing Work including but not limited to the fit and install of windows, doors, stairs, railings, mouldings, and hardware. Using materials such as primed pine, mdf, fir.

Follow specific direction, drawings, and install deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Calculate material requirements and order to meet job needs.

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Work alongside and independently with our Carpenters, Trades, and Project Management to coordinate timelines.

Physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, standing, walking.

Follow all Safety Procedures and Practices. Have a Safety conscious mindset.

Requirements:

Finishing Experience Required

Floor installation Experience is an asset

Basic Tools

Regulation Safety Wear including; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toes, Hard Hat, Glasses or Goggles.

Transportation to and from Work

Benefits:

Wage $25-$35 per hour based upon experience.

Eligible for Medical, Dental, Long-Term Disability after 6 months of employment.

Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30 with consistent break and lunch schedule.
