Our Italian Fine Dining Restaurant is seeking a talented and passionate Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a critical role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable culinary experience, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting guests, guiding them to their table, and presenting menus Providing in-depth knowledge of the menu, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods Taking orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring all dietary restrictions and allergies are communicated to the kitchen staff Ensuring all food and beverages are served in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have and making recommendations based on their preferences Handling cash and credit card payments, and processing transactions accurately Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including setting and clearing tables Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Requirements:

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our guests A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
