ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We're seeking an experienced server who doesn't just deliver food -- you
curate moments
. You're articulate, composed, and thrive in a high-pressure, high-reward environment. You know how to command the room with quiet confidence and charm while anticipating every need before it's spoken.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver refined, intuitive service that enhances the multi-course tasting experience
Guide guests through menu items, wine, and sake pairings with knowledge and enthusiasm
Communicate seamlessly with chefs and sommeliers to ensure exceptional flow of service
Prepare and maintain immaculate service stations
Perform opening and closing duties with surgical precision
Assist in seating guests and managing reservations where needed
WHAT YOU BRING:
Minimum 1 year of fine dining service experience
(required)
WSET Level 1 or 2 certification
(or equivalent wine knowledge)
Confident, composed, and personable
presence -- a natural host
Proven ability to stay sharp under pressure
Valid
ProServe certification
Flexibility to work
evenings, weekends, and holidays
