We are seeking a dedicated and professional Fine Dining Server to join our esteemed restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while showcasing your knowledge of our menu offerings.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Toast POS system, ensuring all items are entered correctly. Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests in their selections. Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience while maximizing sales opportunities. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments efficiently through cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food service.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience in a fine dining setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices in the food industry. Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory. Pay: $17.20-$30.02 per hour
