The job involves:

Serving food and beverages in both the fine dining restaurant and lounge Suggesting dinner courses, appropriate wines and answering questions regarding food preparation Taking food and beverage orders from guests, garnishing and decorating dishes and serving meals to guests according to established rules of etiquette Routine table maintenance, polishing silverware, glassware and other duties assigned Maintaining cleanliness of dining room and service areas Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest's needs Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume fine dining room Smart Serve certification Knowledge of health and safety standards within a food and beverage environment Exceptional knowledge of local and international wines, spirits, beers, and premium food products Excellent organizational, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in using Micros software
