Our people are what drive the business forward.We are currently looking for a Financial Services Manager (FSM) to join our team in the Atlantic Region (Remote).This role will be responsible for operating within a specific district and act as Nissan\xe2\x80\x99s primary point of contact with Business Managers. The FSM\xe2\x80\x99s primary responsibility is to act as a hands-on business consultant with the ultimate goal of developing positive relationships with key Dealership personnel and improving Dealers\xe2\x80\x99 performance in areas such as: the sale of NCESI and NCF products, support of NCESI, NCF and CPO programs, Customer Voice and Profitability. Provide training and ongoing support to assigned Dealers, with a view to assisting them to achieve sales goals and objectives.Job functions Include but are not limited to:Dealership Relationship Building.Training and coaching.Growing the Business.Monitor results and identify areas of opportunity within the New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland Labrador territories, which represents 25 Nissan and INFINITI Retailers.Support dealers in achieving their customer satisfaction objectives.Responsiveness to Dealers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.Monthly in-person visits to all Dealers within assigned territoryMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of automotive related experienceRecognized University degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.Knowledge of the Vancouver market.Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.Assist with solving complex problems for Dealers.Ability to work independently and make decisions when required.Effective listening skills.Welcome to an open lane of possibility.
