Founded in 1989, Accent Impression Inc is a family-owned and operated printing company specializing in commercial, packaging, digital and wide format print.www.accentimpression.comJob Title: Financial ControllerLocation: Ville Saint-Laurent: Bank reconciliations Payroll Bi-weekly (Desjardins) 30-50 employees Manage Group Insurance Plan (Sunlife) Yearly: Follow-up on VRSP (Desjardins), CNESST and Pay Equity obligations. Send out weekly sales reports, ATB and Sales report to Sales reps-monthly/pay out commissions Vendor payments by EFT or Wire Visa reconciliations Client collections Complete accounting cycle/Produce monthly financial statements/ preparation of year end process GST/HST QST reconciliations and payment Management of one accounting clerkRequirements: Five years of experience as a Financial Controller Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Deep knowledge of Excel Experience with Quickbooks Fluency in French and English, spoken and writtenJob type: Full time, permanent, partial work-from-home flexibilityBenefits: Group insurance, VRSP available, close to two major highways and public transport.
