Job Description
PrecisionERP is searching for a Financial Analyst for a REMOTE contract for 1 year to start with our client in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada). Must be able to work legally here in Canada in order to apply.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 7 years experience as a Financial Analyst working in a banking / insurance domain
- MUST have experience creating and maintaining financial models.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience creating reports for various levels of corporate management.
- Education: Degree in Economics, Finance, commerce or a related field.
- Professional Accounting Designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
- Advanced knowledge of IT environment including emerging trends such as software as a service and agile project management.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations that capture the right amount of detail to divisional leaders and members of the executive committee.
- Experience in developing and maintaining collaborative working relations and providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Advanced analytical skills to simplify data and develop reporting with appropriate level of detail.
- Knowledge of Infor / Lawson financial system.
- Knowledge of accounting standards relating to insurance contracts and capitalization of intangible assets.
