The Financial Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to provide insights and recommendations that guide strategic financial decisions within an organization. They help assess the financial health, performance, and risks associated with various business activities. WHAT WILL YOU DO? \xc2\xb7 Full cycle accounting includes closing the month end, posting journal entries in SAP \xc2\xb7 Prepare Logistics Report for Freight to Customer, Freight to Terminal and Clinker/ Slag Freight at each month end \xc2\xb7 Reconcile Provision for Rebates balance in SAP and High Radius at each month end \xc2\xb7 Assist Director Logistics and Finance Manager in preparation of power point slides to present logistics cost to Cement Executives at monthly meeting \xc2\xb7 Prepare logistics costs Rolling forecast and Mid-Month Flash every month \xc2\xb7 Prepare annual Budget and 5 years Strategy Plan for logistics costs every year \xc2\xb7 Prepare adhoc reports as requested by management WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities \xc2\xb7 Undergraduate degree on finance, accounting \xc2\xb7 Progressing towards CPA or CPA is nice to have \xc2\xb7 3+ years proven experience of SAP FICO Module \xc2\xb7 Knowledge (technical/practical/managerial) \xc2\xb7 3+ years Cement Industry experience is an asset \xc2\xb7 5+ years Manufacturing industry experience WHAT\'S IN IT FOR YOU?
