People will count on you to work closely with business partners and your colleagues to meet evolving needs while proactively look for new business insights, often requiring a quick and agile turnaround timeline.What you\'ll do here:Monitor, identify, and analyze trends, explaining outliers and providing influential feedback related to results and productivity.Proactively identify new data elements that may provide further insight into performance or business trends.Analyze and present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences within the organization.Conceptualize, develop, and implement solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners.Support ad hoc reporting as new needs arise.What you bring to the table:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in analytics-related field (i.e., Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.), or any combination of equivalent education and experienceExperience in data mining including experience using systems such as MS Access, and Power BIAdvanced skills in MS ExcelExperience in the P&C insurance industry is an assetExperience with drawing information from large datasets and presenting to company executivesDynamic individual with a high level of energy and strong initiativeExcellent time management and organization skills, managing competing priorities to meet deadlinesStrong critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detailNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in CanadaThe Financial Analyst level will be based on the successful candidate\xe2\x80\x99s qualifications.\xe2\x80\x8b#LI-HybridSalary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity: $65,000.00 - $97,600.00What we offerWorking here means you\'ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
