About the role
Were looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team!
As a Financial Analyst your work will have a big impact on our WOA distribution teams and brokers. People will count on you to work closely with business partners and your colleagues to meet evolving needs while proactively look for new business insights, often requiring a quick and agile turnaround timeline.
What you\'ll do here:
Monitor, identify, and analyze trends, explaining outliers and providing influential feedback related to results and productivity.
Proactively identify new data elements that may provide further insight into performance or business trends.
Analyze and present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences within the organization.
Conceptualize, develop, and implement solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners.
Support ad hoc reporting as new needs arise.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelors degree in analytics-related field (i.e., Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.), or any combination of equivalent education and experience
Experience in data mining including experience using systems such as MS Access, and Power BI
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Experience in the P&C insurance industry is an asset
Experience with drawing information from large datasets and presenting to company executives
Dynamic individual with a high level of energy and strong initiative
Excellent time management and organization skills, managing competing priorities to meet deadlines
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
The Financial Analyst level will be based on the successful candidates qualifications.

Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity: $65,000.00 - $97,600.00
