:We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Toronto, Ontario. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Financial Analyst, you will primarily focus on supply chain finance and inventory-related tasks. You will play a crucial role in the month-end process, plant accounting, and logistics.Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Conduct inventory-related work and manage logistics
• Participate in the month-end process, ensuring all accounting tasks are completed
• Work flexibly on both costing and inventory sides of the business
• Use large ERP and CRM systems for data management and reporting
• Apply data mining techniques to improve financial processes
• Ensure compliance with accrual accounting and auditing standards
• Participate in budget processes and capital management activities
• Use ADP - Financial Services and Crystal Reports for financial analysis and reporting.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a must
• Ability to generate Crystal Reports is necessary
• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques is essential
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial
• Skilled in Accrual Accounting procedures
• Experience in Auditing is expected
• Knowledge of Budget Processes is important
• Proficiency in Capital Management is vital
