ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Financial Analyst for the Financial Planning & Analysis team you will be responsible for forecasting and analysis, and developing models that support the Plusgrade business unit. You will help identify and analyze new growth opportunities beyond existing approaches to further improve the business and sustain profitable growth.

We\'re looking for a candidate with high attention to detail, an analytical thought process, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

As the Financial Analyst, you will:

• Lead financial forecasting and analysis process for the Plusgrade business unit

• Support process on business reviews and stakeholder communications, including collaborating across the organization to capture progress against the business plan, key updates on priorities, risks, and identifying opportunities

• Model, streamline and tracking new revenue opportunities for existing Partners

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models consider downstream impacts

• Analyze partner data and performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities

• Support Revenue leakage and opportunity analysis

• Assist in reporting, maintaining & analysis of KPI dashboards

• Assist in the annual revenue planning and monthly forecasting

• Ad-hoc performance analysis and support for GM\'s as required

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles

• CMA/ CPA-CMA preferred

• Travel and/or e-commerce experience is preferred

• Ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations with minimum direction

• Results-oriented with a sense of urgency

• Customer-oriented, strives to exceed internal and external customer expectations

• Clear, consistent and reliable communicator

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Flexible and can handle change in a positive fashion

• Conscientious about integrity, social responsibility and respect
